The problem with treating the idea of women with penises as a source of humor is that we aren’t just an idea - we’re a reality. And our existence isn’t some inherently laughable thing. We’re just regular folks trying to go about our lives, and it feels crappy to be treated like your body is just something hilarious for the rest of the world to giggle at. We’re not comedy, we’re just people. It would be nice if you could recognize that. When you post things like this, what it says to us is: here is another person who isn’t friendly or safe to be around. And that can make our worlds pretty small.
